How do I get a vuteksupport.com VIP account?
Online VIP Accounts are assigned to all EFI VUTEk printer customers at no additional cost. They are normally set up for the production manager at your location. If you do not know your VIP account login credentials, first check with your production manager or VUTEk printer operator. If you still cannot locate your login information, you can request a VIP Account via email, or use the online request form at http://www.vuteksupport.com/vip.php.
I have my username, but I forgot my password – what do I do?
If you know the username of your account, fill out our Forgot Password form at http://www.vuteksupport.com/forgotpw.php and your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for your account.
How do I contact Technical Support?
- To contact Support by phone: Call the US support line at +1 603 – 677 – 3111. When prompted select option 4. European support line at +32 (2) 749 94 20. Be sure to have the serial number of your printer model available, as well as your software and firmware revision numbers.
- To submit a support request via the web site: The online Support Request Form is located at http://www.vuteksupport.com/support.php makes it easy for existing customers to submit a request for technical support directly to our Support Engineers. Website support requests are only available during normal business hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST.
- To contact Support by email: Send an email to support@vutek.com and provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, along with your company name, printer model and serial number. Email support is only available during normal business hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST.
I need a Field Service Engineer (FSE) on site – who do I contact?
All field engineer requests must be made through our phone support center. Call +1 603 – 677 – 3111, option 4.
Any calls directed to the regional FSE coordinators will be re-directed to the Support department for troubleshooting first. As above, whenever you contact Support, please be sure to have the serial number of your printer model available, as well as your software and firmware revision numbers. If you have an existing case open, be sure to have your case number available as well.
